Customer Complaints Manager – Croydon (England)

Our client an International Shipping company are looking for a Customer Complaints Manager to join their team.

They have an excellent opportunity for an office-based Customer Complaints Manager to be a part of the team.

More about the Customer Complaints Manager role:

To work as part of a team delivering a first class, professional service to support to the team and customers.
To handle escalated complaints that the team need assistance with.
To manage online reviews and handle any negative reviews.
To gain understanding of the whole aspect of the complaint i.e., causes and to work with the customer to reach a resolution.
Gain and maintain an excellent knowledge of our client’s portfolio of products to understand and inform customer needs.
Actively create trust with the customer, demonstrating an open and honest approach.
Ensuring ownership is taken and promises made are delivered against.
To handle enquiries from customer in a professional manner.
Provide Customers with a memorable and unique “customer support” experience, reflecting the premium quality.
Produce written communications that are accurate, concise, and well organised.
Maintains control of workload through actively monitoring and updating applicable systems (including CRM).
 

 

Person Specification for the Customer Complaints Manager:

Direct experience dealing with Customer Complaints and resolution.
Experience of working in a similar environment is preferred, where nurturing the customer experience was handled.
Experience of communicating with a high volume of customers to deliver an outstanding service.
Experience of organising and coordinating tasks; in a high volume, highly detailed, deadline- orientated environment.
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment while ensuring a high level of Customer service is delivered to both external and internal customers.
A passion for enhancing the customer experience.
An ability to empathise with the customer, understand their situation whilst remaining aware of the business needs.
