Our client, a relocation company based in Cheshire, is looking for a Relocation Consultant. This individual will deliver support to assignees and their families and must be flexible to undertake appointments, as they will be undertaking home visits as well as spending time in the office.
As the Relocation Consultant, you will be liaising with relocatees and clients to implement & support a range of global destination support and settlement services within agreed budgets. You will also be working to ensure that all support colleagues are trained and to maintain high moral.
The ideal candidate will have excellent understanding & application common IT packages (e.g. Microsoft) as well as own internal, supplier and client software (i.e. portals/applications etc.). We are keen to speak with applicants who have excellent communication and reporting skills, as well as the ability to motivate/manage small team/suppliers.
This position is currently home based but will turn into Hybrid working later this year.
Relocation Consultant Duties:
The pro-active assessment, reporting and management of relocatees and their expectations
Delivery of core service field work (e.g. home visits, search, familiarisation, check ins/outs, property inspections, information rooms etc.) throughout the UK
Co-ordination of key suppliers and delegation of case work
Research and reporting of property and area locations for search purposes
Management, overseeing and developing a small team (where applicable)
Essential Requirements for a Relocation Consultant:
Excellence & experience in customer services
Clean full UK driving licence
Flexibility to undertake appointments and respond to enquires during evenings and weekends
