A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Removals Branch Manager to join our client, an award-wining Removals company located in London.
The main role of the Removals Branch Manager is to oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring everything is running smoothly.
You will be dealing with the Sales development, responding to incoming sales leads, and introducing the company’s services via sales calls and client visits.
Other duties of the Removals Branch Manager:
Track and qualify all incoming sales leads.
Manage the stock levels.
Conduct surveys.
Deal with the monthly reporting.
Manage the storage files.
The successful Removals Branch Manager will have experience managing the day-to-day operations of a Removals and self-store department, and experience managing small teams.
Experience required:
Must have previous operational experience in a client facing role.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close agreements.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Strong IT skills.
