Our client, a commercial heating specialist, is currently seeking a Service Specialist for their team in Basildon, where you will be the first point of contact for clients providing excellence in customer service.
As the Service Specialist, you will be ensure that the Customer Service and the planning & scheduling of all service related work is of a high standard, that will promote and support company’s after sales and Service.
You will be maximising the client experience and field based engineers to ensure workloads are planned and managed efficiently with effective communication.
The successful Services Specialist will have previous experience in a service co-ordination / external planning role, solid financial management skills, and excellent communication skills.
We are keen to speak with self-motivated candidates who have a customer-oriented approach, a high standard or oral and written English, and solid IT skills – Word processing, Spreadsheets, Databases, MS Outlook etc.
Service Specialist Duties:
Manage the planning of service work
Effectively liaising with internal and external customers
Manage customer requests for service via telephone, e-mail, letter, system generated, planned preventive maintenance schedules, etc.
Quote and invoice directly to clients
Ensure that service delivery requirements are captured within the system and are effectively communicated
Dealing with any resulting follow-up visits or queries
In return, you will be offered a salary DOE plus annual bonus.
