Our client, a fast growing removals and storage company based in Hounslow, is currently looking to recruit a Storage Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that can offer a career within the Removals industry.
As the Storage Coordinator, you will be handling out of storage requests, as and when required and meet clients when they arrive on site to go to their unit.
Your role will incorporate managing all aspects of the client coming into self-storage.
The successful Storage Coordinator will have experience in the UK Domestic & Commercial Removals market, prior experience of a CRM system such as Moveware along with 2-3 years’ experience in self-storage.
We’d like to speak with self-motivated and driven individuals who have extensive customer service experience, with a real desire to keep customers happy
Storage Coordinator duties:
Storage Administration and Customer Liaison
Once the client is booked in you will start with an introductory phone-call and email and will be fully responsible for the client from this point onwards
Setting up initial storage access including accounting, invoicing and credit control/debt collection
Managing their booking for visiting our warehouse in order to access their container
Maintaining a level of 98% capacity for self-storage and our 900 Containerized units
