Our client, a leading provider of transport solutions, is looking for a Transport Operator to join their team based in Essex, to plan and dispatch vehicles.
We are keen to speak with presented and friendly candidates that have previous experience within the industry and are competent with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
As the Transport Operator, you will be managing all transport relating client queries and resolution.
Other duties of the Transport Operator:
Communicating with customers to ensure their quotations and traffic requirements are fulfilled in line with their booking instructions
Managing container sale and rental procedure
Liaising with the client by telephone and email with respect to any additional charges / cancellation
Checking container release references are in the respective locations.
Ensuring all call overs and costs are correct with respect to the batch invoicing clients
Deal with customer complaints and queries
In return, you will receive a salary depending on experience.
