Warehouse Client Account Manager – Witham – VR/21947
The Company & Role:
Our client, a freight forwarding company who deals with International business importing and exporting, via air, sea and land transport, are currently looking for a Warehouse Client Manager to join their existing team based in Witham.
The position will involve managing the company’s warehouse and customers requirements.
Warehouse Client Account Manager duties include:
- Processing Orders
- Prioritising workload
- Answering queries i.e. stock discrepancies, haulage ETA’s, amending order etc.
- Arranging full / part load haulage to UK & International destinations
- Checking invoices, requesting and uploading POD’s
- Updating/entering data on customer booking portals
- Prepare packing lists
- Setting up new customers on the system
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Liaising with clients and hauliers
Experience required from the Warehouse Client Account Manager:
- Warehouse Administration experience
- Customer Service skills
- Good IT skills including Word/Excel
In return, the successful Warehouse Client Account Manager will receive a salary in the region of £25,000 depending on previous experience.
